Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by clients, no bookings outside the opening hours of your arborist. When a tree care gets scheduled then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your arborist makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
