Plans change, so refunds are easy
Skiers can reschedule freely within the rescheduling policy you set in Vev. When a skier needs to cancel, they’ll automatically get the amount refunded if your policy allows that.

What can Vev’s booking system do for ski instructors?
Vev's ski instructor system automatically organizes the ski lessons for your ski instructor. You decide how far in advance people can make bookings, change them, or cancel them.
Only the time slots that you make available can be booked by skiers, no bookings outside the opening hours of your ski instructor. When a ski lesson gets scheduled then that will automatically be blocked preventing double bookings.
Of course, when a regular of your ski instructor makes a booking via a phone call or DM, you can also add those manually to Vev. Helping you to stay on top of your game.
Can anyone start a ski instructor with Vev?
Absolutely! Vev encourages every ski instructor to follow their dream and start a ski instructor. You only need a name to get things going.
To help ski instructors even more, we already loaded a default price list that you could use for your ski instructor. Of course you know best, so you can edit this as much as you like. You can also set your business colors and upload a logo to make the page uniquely yours.

What do I need to get started?
You only need an email address, a password, and a name for your ski instructor. You can change everything later. Make sure that your ski instructor does comply with local regulations, in some cases you need a license or to register with a Chamber of Commerce before taking bookings.
